Naturalization oath ceremony cancelled

    My N400 case has been in status "Pending Oath Ceremony" for last 3 years. I had a misdemanor drug possesion case in 2001, I did 3 month probation, no jail sentence and case has since been expunged. I submitted expungement order. I do not have court "Final Disposition". Since case has been expunged, I can not get Final Disposition.
